FAUNO exclusively offers a five-course tasting menu, inspired by the seasonality of our products and the richness of our cuisine. We pair it with a wine selection, focused on small producers and low-intervention.
・Our menu is fixed, and we do not make alterations to our courses.
・Our menu is omnivorous, meaning it includes a variety of animal proteins, such as meat, fish, and shellfish. It also contains lactose and gluten.
・We currently do not offer vegetarian or vegan options.
・We do not have a children’s menu or child-friendly options.
