Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Table Service: Manage all aspects of table service, from taking orders and delivering food to ensuring that guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing options, to confidently answer guest questions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
