Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Table Service: Manage all aspects of table service, from taking orders and delivering food to ensuring that guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing options, to confidently answer guest questions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of dishes and drinks.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
