Reservation Policy

At Fauno, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests. To ensure smooth service and availability, we have implemented the following reservation policies: 

Reservations

– We highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure your table. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. 
– Reservations can be made online through our website or by phone. 

Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. 
– For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or in the case of no-shows, a cancellation fee may apply. 

Deposit Requirements

– For large group reservations or special events, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. 

Group Reservations

– For groups of 6 or more, we recommend contacting us directly to discuss menu options and any specific requirements. A set menu may be required for large groups. 

Modification Policy

– To modify your reservation (e.g., change the date, time, or number of guests), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Arrival Time

– Please arrive on time for your reservation. We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this period, we may release the table to other guests. 

Special Requests

– We are happy to accommodate special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating preferences. Please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs. 

Children

– Our menu is not suitable for children under 12 years old. We kindly ask that all guests comply with this policy to ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone.
